Here’s a brief outline of my six-week program.
Our initial meeting is designed for me to understand where you are now in terms of your health and diet-such as a typical week of the foods you eat, your level of activity, and the outcomes you are seeking following a whole-foods, plant-based (WFPB) diet.
I then provide you with the basic but necessary information about WFPB nutrition and strategies for increasing the volume of whole plant foods in your meals.
Next we establish the foundation for your success! This means outlining ways to set up your environment to align with your goals and sharing time- and money saving food prep tips.
Finally, I help you tune in to your satiety, create a personalized meal plan and teach you about calorie density.
An important aspect of our work together is understanding your current habits and creating customized strategies that will ease you into carving out new habits that will facilitate success.
Each week I provide personalized action items that will serve as the stepping stones leading to your health goals.
